Facebook: Mark Zuckerberf

Personal fortune: 14.7$ billion
University: Dropped out from Harvard

As a young student at Harvard, Zuckerberg was approached by Cameron and Tyle WInlevoss who wanted him to write the sofware for a new social website called Harvard Connection.
Since Facebook, wich Zuckerberg subsequently created, was a very similar concept, the Winklevoss brothers have always maintained he stole the idea. This year, Facebook was floated on stock exchange. It was valued at $108 billion, briefly making Zuckerberg the younguest man in Forbes list of the world's 40 richest people.
The flotation became a fiasco as the company's valuation fell by $29billion as investors realized the price has been exaggerated.

Amazon: Jeff Bezos

Personal fortune: $18.4 billion
University: Princeton

As a wall Street banker, Keff Bezos became fascinated by the growth of internet as a commercial platform. He quit his job to create Amazon.com, which could sell books cheaper than traditional shops because it did not have to pay local taxes. After forcing rivals such as Borders into bankruptcy, Amazon has enormously diversified its variety of products and is now the largest online shop in the world.

Apple: Steve JObs

Personal fortune: $8.3 billion
University: Dropped out of Reed College, Oregon

Steve Jobs co-fundated the Apple Computer Company in his adoptive parents garage in 1976. Although Apples were always seen as easier to use than other computers, PCs were much cheaper and by 1985 he was fired from his own company. Apple continued to decline, but Jobs did well thanks to his possession of Pixar Studios, the makers of Toy Story.
In 1996, Jobs returned to Apple, beginning its remarkable recovery. Guided by his obsession with good design, the company produced a series of hit consumer products from 2000 onwards. By the time of his death, it had become the most valuable company in the world.
The company is now led by Tim Cook, and design remains under the control of Sir Jonathan Ive, the British designer responsible for the iMac, the iPod, the iPhone and the iPad.

Google: Larry Page and Sergey Brin

Personal fortunes: 18.7$ billion each
University: Stanford

While students at Stanford, Page and Brin began a research project to develop a better way of searching for information on the web. The early version of Google was housed on a server in Stanford that was partly built using Lego.
Google became a private company in 1998, and was floated on the stock exchange in 2004.
Its areas of research and development now go far beyond web-searching. It has been testing driverless cars for several years, has been working on robots, and is developing an elevator to go into space. Other ideas are being devoloped at its top secret research centre, Google X... but not even Google insiders know what they are.

Tom Sawyer

Tom Sawyer's best friends include Joe Harper and Huckleberry Finn. In The Adventures of Tom Sawyer, Tom's infatuation with classmate Rebecca "Becky" Thatcher is apparent. He lives with his half brother Sid, his cousin Mary, and his stern Aunt Polly in the (fictional) town of St. Petersburg, Missouri. In addition, he has another aunt, Sally Phelps, who lives considerably farther down the Mississippi River, in the town of Pikesville. Tom is the son of Aunt Polly's dead sister.

In Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, Tom is only a minor character, and is used as a foil for Huck, particularly in the later chapters of the novel after Huck makes his way to the Phelps plantation. Tom's immaturity, imagination, and obsession with stories put Huck's planned rescue of the runaway slave Jim in great jeopardy — and ultimately make it totally unnecessary, since he knows that Jim's owner has died and freed him in her will. Throughout the novel, Huck's intellectual and emotional development is a central theme, and by re-introducing a character from the beginning (Tom), Mark Twain is able to highlight this evolution in Huck's character.

Tom Swayer: His Aunt Polly has punished him by making him by making him whitewash a fence, but he's going to make a few changes to this punishment...

Aunt Polly:She's desperate because Tom is such a naughty boy, and she finds herself forced to punish him against her will.

Toms friend's: They fall into Tom's trap

Aunt: tía
Desperate: desesperado
Fence: valla
Good manners: buenos modales
Naughty: travieso
Punish: castigar

Smith for president

Will Smith has staked his claim to play Barack Obama if a film about the president is ever made. He says that he is perfect for the role because he and Obama are both tall and, mast importantly, have big ears. "That's the key", Smith says. "America loves ears, you know? Mickey Mouse started it; Googy and Dumbo followed behind. And America just loves the ears". Smith also said that he would wait until obama "writes the end of the story" before playing the role.

Sherlock Holmes: A game of shadows

The world's most famous detective Sherlock Holmes (Robert Downey Jr) is back in a new adventure. Holmes is famous for being clever. But now he has a rival: the evil, intelligent Professor Moriarthy. When a prince is found dead, Holmes and Dr. Watson (played by Jude Law) must discover the truth. Will the be able to defeat Professor Moriarthy?

A sequel to 2009’s surprisingly successful (and enjoyable) movie, Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows picks up from the events of the original, where Holmes having parted ways with Watson is trying to track down “theNapoleon of crime” Moriarty and scuttle whatever nefarious plan he has. This, of course, leads to a reteam with Watson and an intercontinental chase is afoot.

After a very impressive opening scene that serves as both a refresher to the previous movie and a set-up for this one. Guy Ritchie keeps the pace rattling along and yet still lets Robert Downey Jnr and Jude Law riff off each other and have fun. In a genius piece of casting, Stephen Fry plays Mycroft Holmes; who is Sherlock’s older and more intelligent and influential brother. Jared Harris clearly relishes playing the villain here and does so quite well, playing Moriarty as a ruthless yet sophisticated man. Imagine one of the Kray twins but with a genius-level intellect.

Robert Downey Jnr’s take on Holmes is that of a scatter-shot genius who cares about his friends but isn’t equipped with the tools to express that in a normal way. Played to his strengths he makes Sherlock his own and it holds up well against some of the benchmark portrayals like Jeremy Brett’s and the more recent Benedict Cumberbatch’s.

The plot is clever but not to the point of being confusing and the directors penchant for using slow motion and cranking the camera speeds always keeps us in the know. Some of the slow motion can be a bit overdone but in certain action scenes can give the viewer some startling images. The merging of the story with the prelude to the First World War was cleverly interwoven and felt organic. I also really appreciated just how grimy and lived-in the world of Sherlock Holmes is and you really feel like it’s a living, breathing world you’re looking at.

The first film was smaller in scale, in that you only really saw London and like most sequels things get bigger. Thankfully only the canvas is larger here and the characters are well rounded and are just given more to play with. One of the clever wrinkles of this particular version of Sherlock (and there are many good ones) is the steampunk technology that exists. Never outlandish enough to be anachronistic, it keeps things fresh while letting the world feel plausible.

A Game of Shadows is a sequel that manages to improve on the original and defy the bloat that can plague them. Big explosions that don’t come at the expense of story and character. For those that know the outcome of the confrontation of Holmes and Moriarty the filmmakers manage to mostly keep to the source material but tweak it just enough that you are still engaged. In fact there was a visual gag at the start that has such a good payoff at the end that you’ll be hard pressed to not leave the cinema looking forward to another adventurous romp with Holmes and Watson.
